Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients:

1 block frozen spinach

2 cans artichoke hearts-cut up

2 cans water chestnuts

2 cans chopped chilies (not hot)

2 cups mayonnaise

2 cups grated parmesan cheese

Preparation:

MIX all ingredients together.

BAKE at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. Serve with tortilla strips or carrots. Enjoy!
